Turnip Patch has been receiving several bogus spam registrations every day. I have been removing all the likely suspects, but sometimes it's hard to tell, so if you got removed (can't log in) please re-register.
I have just incorporated an anti-spambot mechanism called CAPTCHA, a tool to fight automated submission by malicious users (spamming) of for example comments forms, user registration forms, etc. which requires users to prove they are human by entering a human readable code which bots find hard to understand. Sorry for the extra step, but it is necessary.
